Details and Requirements:
• Expected Start:1/18/2021
• Expected Duration:2 months
• Bar Requirement: Active and in good standing within Maryland
• Hour requirement: 16-40 hours a week
• Pay: $30/hr
• Location: Remote, from Maryland
16 hours per week at this point in time with telephonic client consultations, court representations which are primarily Baltimore City District Court and possibly some virtual trainings for tenants or rental property owners. Training will be provided to the Attorney on Maryland and local lead related laws, housing laws, rent court practices and coordination with enforcement agencies so that is not a prerequisite.
