File Clerk

Are you an experienced file or case clerk in South Florida who is on the market for new opportunities? Special Counsel is seeking qualified candidates for a permanent File Clerk position in Miami. This is an on-site position for the firm's downtown Miami office.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of clerical experience in a law firm setting
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of electronic document management systems(required)
  • Filesite experience (preferred)
  • Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client matters and project files
  • Prepare hearing and trial binders
  • Assist with time entry and billing
  • Submit expense reports and statements
  • Process and manage vendor invoices
  • Assist with secretarial duties as needed 
  • Salary

  • $35k
