French Fluent Intellectual Property Commercial Contracts Attorney

Details and Requirements:

• Expected Start:  May 24th 

• Expected Duration: Minimum of 1 month flexible for longer

• Bar Requirement: Active and in good standing within any U.S. state or D.C.

• Hour requirement: 40 hours a week but working European hours so at 4 a.m. to 2 p.m.  

• Pay: Market Rate based on experience 

• Location: Remote 

Fluent in French is required 

 

Job Description

  • Draft, Negotiate, and review, and redline IT Sales agreements for a variety of IP compliance issues
  • Ensure contracts are in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Communicate company and legal department policies and approval processes for contract changes to in-house clients.
  • Support business units, sales and commercial contracting for international software company
  • Ideal Qualifications

  • JD from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines
  • 3+ years' of transactional experience with fluency in drafting, redlining, and negotiating various commercial agreements related to SaaS, sales, vendor, service, market, advertising, and data privacy among others.
