Special Counsel looking to hire full time for a prestigious client a legal Governance and onboarding Personnel, to work remotely
Details and Requirements:
Expected Start: End of May 2021
Experience/Education: Bachelor’s degree, HR experience a plus, Paralegal or JD preferred
Hour Requirement: 40 hours min. a week
Pay Rate: Salary of $45-50K

Reviews requests from vendors and assist with risk assessment and preparation of contract draft based on the information provided.
Acts as first line of communication for project managers and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and routing to appropriate team members.
Works closely with vendor managers who need support in specific vendor management tools.
Assists with compliance document completion, contract validation and access permitting.
Tracks status of open vendor issues to ensure that they are moving forward in the process until fully executed.
Coordinates with team members to address questions and identify solutions to internal client issues.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree with two years of legal/contract drafting experience preferred. Paralegal or JD preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to collaborate, build relationships, meet deadlines, influence and motivate team members to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn and utilize a variety of software tools. Preferred:
Google suite (esp sheets)
Some ticketing tool like JIRA
An online project management tool like Smartsheet.
Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Power Point proficiently.
