Special Counsel is looking to hire full time for a prestigious client a Legal Governance and Onboarding Personnel, to work remotely
Details and Requirements:
Expected Start: End of September 2020
Experience/Education: Bachelor’s degree, HR experience a plus, Paralegal or JD preferred
Hour Requirement: 40 hours min. a week
Pay Rate: Salary of $45-50K

1) Work with the client managers to conduct the initial request intake and provide training on the technologies, policies/procedures, decision logs and time frames that need to be followed when initiating the request to hire a new contractors.
2) Work with suppliers to ensure they have the necessary information and training to provide staffing support
3) Work with both the suppliers and the client hiring managers to ensure all onboarding documentation and protocols are met once a hiring decision has been made
