In-house Corporate Paralegal

An established global company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support their in-house legal team.  This is a temporary role.   This role requires the ability to successfully work as part of a fast-paced legal team.  You will be supporting and advising senior management and attorneys in areas of contract development, negotiation, and post-award administration across diverse law topics.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attorneys with assistance in the area of contract review and contract negotiations
  • Work with contract administration groups to facilitate contract completion.
  • Perform legal research and prepare memoranda
  • Prepare, facilitate, and administer letters, emails, and other related documents; maintain correspondence and project files.
  • Prepare and maintain legal department documents and corporate records.
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
  • 2+ years of experience working in a law firm or corporation as part of a Corporate practice group
  • Must have clinical or pharma experience
