Are you a legal assistant who is on the market for new opportunities? Special Counsel is seeking qualified candidates for a temporary Insurance Defense Legal Assistant position in Panama City, Florida. This is an on-site, full-time role at the firm’s Panama City, Florida office.

Qualifications:

  • Legal Experience in insurance defense/personal injury
  • Must understand e-portal filing, discovery process and be able to multi-task
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, & Outlook)
  • Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining attorney’s calendar by denoting due dates for answers, depositions and other pleadings, hearings, trial calendars, etc.
  • File documents with through the e-filing portal
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Salary:

  • Up to $55,000/year
