This is a 100% remote temporary position. Anticipated to last a few months. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of patent docketing.
They will perform file audits to assess current prosecution status and upcoming due dates, and enter file data and due dates into the Docket system.
Review and check new IP files for current status, upcoming due dates and next action due; and assist docket team with inputting file data into the Database
Prepare and file Assignments, Revocation and Power of Attorney documents, and notifications of change of correspondence address to foreign associates
Correspond with client and or foreign associate as needed to obtain missing file documents, official correspondence or assignment information
Monitor docket as needed to complete file transfer actions timely
2+ years IP experience
