Details and Requirements:
• Expected Start: Dec. 1
• Expected Duration: 1 year
• Bar Requirement: Active and in good standing within any U.S. state or D.C.
• Hour requirement: 40 hours a week
• Pay: Market
• Location: Remote but at APAC/Europe Time Zone
• Required Experience:
Be able to provide support on a variety of IT related procurement contracts and providing compliance advice to the Information Risk Management team. This role will work with a team of other IT/Digital lawyers based in Malaysia, Poland, UK and NL.
4-5 years of general commercial experience. Some exposure to IT or digital related contracts and issues would be an added advantage OR
A junior lawyer (~3 years experience) with IT legal background
