Would you like to work at a very distinguished Law Firm in the Chicago area? As the IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support and service of the firm's software and hardware technologies. We are ideally looking for someone with strong technical skills and effective communication skills to provide solutions in person and remotely.
- At least 3 years’ experience supporting end-users in a professional environment; experience within a law firm setting is preferred
- Bachelors Degree is preferred
- Technical proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, Document Management Systems and Active Directory preferred.
- Customer service and communication skills are essential.
