Legal Administrative Assistant

Well regarded multi practice firm located in South New Jersey is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team! The Legal Administrative Assistant will be reporting to three attorneys within the real estate department and will be responsible for preparing and editing documents, assisting with closings, preparing binders, utilizing document management systems and maintaining files. The Legal Administrative Assistant must be proficient in MS Office 2016 including Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint. The Legal Administrative Assistant role is a direct hire position and is offering excellent benefits and salary.
