A Raleigh law firm is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team. Ideal candidates have previous law firm experience. This role will provide support in complex transaction management involving mergers & acquisitions, licensing, financing, and general governance matters, previous experience required!


Duties Include:

  • Maintain attorney calendars, travel arrangements, schedule meetings and calls
  • Transactional closing management and coordinating
  • Proofread legal documents and correspondence
  • Prepare, edit, and draft legal reports, memos, emails, and other documents
  • Filing with both state and federal courts
  • Organizing calendars, tasks, and priorities and keeping up with deadlines
  • Mail, fax, and arrangement of deliveries
  • Provide technological support for attorneys


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous law firm experience required
  • Technically savvy
  • Previous experience using document management software required
