A Raleigh law firm is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team. Ideal candidates have previous law firm experience. This role will provide support in complex transaction management involving mergers & acquisitions, licensing, financing, and general governance matters, previous experience required!
Maintain attorney calendars, travel arrangements, schedule meetings and calls
Transactional closing management and coordinating
Proofread legal documents and correspondence
Prepare, edit, and draft legal reports, memos, emails, and other documents
Filing with both state and federal courts
Organizing calendars, tasks, and priorities and keeping up with deadlines
Mail, fax, and arrangement of deliveries
Provide technological support for attorneys
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous law firm experience required
Previous experience using document management software required
