Legal Administrative Assistant

Are you an experienced legal administrative assistant interested in a full-time job opportunity.  If so, we have the job for you!

JOB DUTIES

  • Greeting clients/reception
  • Performing conflict checks and opening files
  • Maintaining client files (electronically)
  • Assisting attorneys with document preparation, mailings (primarily through DocuSign and similar programs), and reviewing and tracking signatures
  • Obtaining and filing public record documents for attorneys and clients
  • Tracking and ordering supplies
  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and web-based applications
  • Be detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Team player attitude
