Legal Administrative Assistant

Are you an experienced legal secretary looking for a new in house contract opportunity? You would be assisting multiple attorneys and other legal professionals in drafting contracts, presentations and excel spreadsheets in a position that is expected to last several months. 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Assisting senior executive and other legal professionals as needed in their day-to-day activities, including research, as required by business and legal needs;
  • Maintaining a contracts database;
  • Creating and revising contracts and other legal documents ;
  • Formatting of large contractual documents and presentations including management of Adobe e-sign software;
  • QALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a law firm or company setting;
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint platform or other web-based document management system;
  • Ability to work independently
