You will be responsible for coordinating backup coverage, monitoring communications, reviewing timecards and requests for time off work, managing after-hours work and overtime requests, coordinating meetings, assisting with hiring, and other tasks as assigned. - 2+ years of recent legal administrative assistant experience, including ample coordination responsibilities
- BA/BS preferred
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office 2016 (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
- Great communication and customer service skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
