Legal Administrative Assistant - with real estate experience

Responsibilities: 

  • Creates and edits correspondence, memoranda, pleadings, etc.
  • Provide the legal personnel with administrative and secretarial support
  • Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls
  • Calendar up keep and other office scheduling
  • Process paper work
  • Qualifications and skills: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a law firm
  • Experience with real estate is a must
  • High school and/or Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Work site type: 

  • On-site
  • Hours:

  • 9-5 Monday-Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch break, 35 hours total)
  • Salary:

  • Starting at $55,000 USD
