Legal Administrative Assistant - Transactional

Are you an experienced transactional legal assistant interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity with a established and flourishing Real Estate company in Pasadena, CA? Corporate/Real Estate experience is a huge plus! You will be working closely with legal department personnel, regional business personnel, and outside counsel to complete tasks in connection with acquisition, disposition, joint venture, and loan transactions. The ideal candidate  will ideally possess a legal background and have a general understanding of corporate or real estate transactions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare closing binders
  • Assist with transitioning transaction materials to asset management, legal, accounting and all other internal departments post-closing
  • Electronic filing (email and documents), create, files folders and indexes
  • Undertake due diligence document collection and organize, post and index due diligence materials
  • Help to coordinate title and survey order
  • Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
  • Ability to interact with all levels including, but not limited to, senior management and outside counsel
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills a must (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Familiarity and proficiency with DocuSign, preferred
  • Experience with high volumes of work
