Legal Assistant

Are you an experienced legal secretary interested in an exciting opportunity in Orlando, FL? You will be tasked with working with attorneys, paralegals and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions. 

Duties

  • Review legal documents 
  • Data entry 
  • E-Filing in State and Federal Courts
  • Client intake 
  • Qualifications

  • 1+ years legal experience 
  • Experience with Aderant Total Office is a huge plus!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
