Legal Assistant/Paralegal

We are partnering with well-known boutique firm in Salem, OR looking for a Trusts & Estates Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join their team. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity to join a welcoming firm! Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of previous Trusts & Estates experience and have exceptional organizational skills. This is a hybrid position with a good variety of Paralegal and Legal Assistant tasks. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and should have drafting and filing experience. The firm offers excellent benefits and a great work-life balance. This is a warm, friendly firm where people enjoy coming to work each day. You will work closely with a team and have the opportunity to focus on trusts and estates work. This role will be within their downtown Salem office.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • At least 3 years of previous Trusts & Estates Paralegal experience
  • Top-tier proofreading and editing skills
  • Previous filing experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  •
