Are you an experienced bookkeeper interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity in Santa Ana, CA? You will be responsible for reconciling multiple bank accounts, payroll and 401k processing, trust account disbursements, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, processing all credit card transactions, and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and Quickbooks skills.
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a law firm
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Quickbooks
- Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
