Legal Conflicts Analyst (Premiere Law Firm)

International Law Firm is looking for a Conflicts Analyst to assist Firmwide. This is a great opportunity for qualified candidates who are looking for a new job opportunity and get to work with attorneys on interesting cross-border and cross-practice matters. 


Job Duties:


  • Conducting conflict checks and providing potential conflicts of interest
  • Identifying potential legal conflicts and confidentiality issues in accordance with applicable regulation and law.
  • Working with partners to discuss conflicts and possible solutions 
  • Ensuring that lateral attorney candidates realize the importance of complete and accurate information as well as being able to distinguish portable and non-portable business
  • Contribute to process, procedure, and technology improvements in order to reduce risk and improve efficiency
  • Assist in the development and training of other department employees 
  • Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's Degree required 
  • At least 3 years of recent experience working in the conflicts department of a law firm and understanding what goes in to the role
  • Must be open to working overtime as well as occassional weekends if needed as this person will be working with attorneys in various time zones and required to meet tight deadlines 
  • Another language in addition to English is a plus, not a must
