Legal Contracts Administrator

Special Counsel is partnering with a new Pharmaceutical Company in their search for a Contracts Administrator.

This is a full-time contract position that is expected to last 1 year.

This company is located in Durham, North Carolina.

This position requires a professional with a range of legal contracts experience and working with legal departments on contract matters.

Essential Skills:

  • Team player that works well with others.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills – Both written and verbal.
  • Required Experience:

  • 4-5 years of working experience as a contract administrator and/or paralegal in law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Proficiency with DocuSign, Oracle and SharePoint systems.
  • Experience working with a Pharmaceutical Company and/or Pharmaceutical Law.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
