Hiring today for a Legal File Clerk!  Do you have at least 1+ years of experience in a law firm?  Our client is a respected Florida law firm seeking to add a team member to assist in their Litigation department.  

Clerk Job Responsibilities:


  • Calendaring and scheduling
  • Working with attorneys on travel arrangements
  • Federal and State efiling
  • Word processing



  • One or more years’ experience in a law firm
  • Experience with efiling and calendaring
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word skills and strong Adobe skills
  • Possess basic Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Background using an electronic document management system
