A legal practice assistant job in Charleston, SC is immediately available courtesy of Special Counsel. In order to be considered for this large law firm opportunity, you must have five years of recent law firm experience, supporting attorneys in a commercial real estate practice
Preparation of closing documents and other real estate related documents
Provide administrative support, including calendar management, to attorneys
Assist with client billing
Review of title work and preparation of title insurance documents
Prepare closing binders and checklists
Coordinate due diligence activities
Research corporate and UCC filings
Five+ years of law firm experience in commercial real estate practice
Strong attention to detail and exceptional proofreading skills
MS Office proficiency; SoftPro experience strongly preferred.
