Legal Project Manager

New

Our client, a legal management company located in Downtown Seattle is looking for a full-time Legal Project Manager. The ideal candidate should have experience in the legal field working and communicating with clients on a regular basis. This role is required to be in the Downtown Seattle office. Parking is not provided. Candidates looking to apply to this role should already reside in the Seattle area. 
    
Responsibilities:
•    Review and summarize settlement agreements 
•    Communicate with client and claimants updating them on the status of their case
•    Work closely with attorneys and assist them with legal requests 
•    Respond to emails and provide specific details and steps on how to address concerns
•    Synthesize and outline reports and present findings to the legal team 

Qualifications:
•    Experience working in the legal field as a legal assistant, paralegal, lawyer, or other related role
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
•    Detail-oriented 
•    Ability to review legal contracts and documents  
•    Ability to conduct legal research
•    Superb proofreading and organizational skills
•    Effective written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to produce quality work with minimal supervision and guidance
•    Possess analytical and critical problem-solving skills while paying close attention to detail
•    Showing up to work on time with a professional demeanor
•    Ability to be flexible, adaptable and being a team player
•    Meeting all assigned deadlines and being in contact with attorneys about the status of a case 

Education and Experience:
•    Bachelor’s Degree preferred
