Legal Receptionist

Are you a bright administrative professional interested in a role in Jacksonville, FL? We especially want to hear from those with a legal background. You will be responsible for receptionist relief, collecting and distributing mail, maintaining and ordering office supplies, coordinating office moves, copy/fax jobs, cleaning up conference rooms and other tasks as assigned.


  • 1+ years of relevant experience; previous experience in a legal environment is desired but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Highly professional demeanor, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills
