Legal Recruiting Coordinator

A prominent international law firm has a Legal Recruiting Coordinator job opening for its downtown Washington, D.C. office. Qualified candidates for this opportunity must have at least two years of legal or professional services experience. This position offers you the best of both worlds as you assist with recruiting and many other HR tasks. You will also tackle a wide variety of substantive projects, gaining exposure to the HR department of a truly global firm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute summer associate recruiting events
  • Assist with on-campus recruiting
  • Coordinate trainings and orientations
  • Maintain personnel files
  • Schedule CLE presentations

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of law firm or professional services experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Legal recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience with HR systems, especially PeopleSoft
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask
