Legal Recruiting Manager

Special Counsel is seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager in the DC area for one of our clients. This is a great management opportunity for someone with at least 4 years' experience recruiting or equivalent experience in a large law firm. If you are interested in this career opportunity, apply today!

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the recruiting process for the firm
  • Review resumes and conduct interview screenings
  • Source candidates through job postings, networking, referrals, and other research methods
  • Develop and manage a summer associate program (budgeting, managing calendars and assignment)
  • Work with all other levels of the recruiting team
  • Qualifications and skills: 

  • At least 4 years' experience recruiting or equivalent experience in a large law firm
  • General knowledge of US Visa process and requirements
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Knowledge of NALP's principle standards
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communicate on skills
  • Work site type: 

  • In person, on site (with potential to become a hybrid work type)
