Legal Secretary/ Assistant

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal Administrative Assistant who is looking for a new opportunity? Special Counsel is seeking qualified candidates for a temporary position in the Miami, Florida area. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Experience:

  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
  • Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks/ general office assistance
  • E-filing through ePortal
  • Processing electronic mail
  • Opening and managing files
  • Other tasks as needed
  • Employment Type:
    Temporary/ Full-time

    Compensation:
    $18/ hr
