Are you an experienced legal secretary interested in a full-time, contract opportunity in Miami, FL? You will be responsible tasked with working with attorneys, paralegals and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions. Therefore, the candidate will have to have effective time managements and organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail oriented.

At least 1 year of experience as a legal secretary, preferably in insurance defense
Familiarity with Aderant Total Office is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Self-starter Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
