Legal Secretary


Are you an experienced legal assistant interested in a full-time job opportunity firm handling litigation work with a great Nashville area law firm?


  • Drafting, formatting, proofreading, and redlining legal documents, pleadings, discovery, transactional agreements, correspondence, and more;
  • Electronic filing of court documents
  • Witness and trial notebook preparation;
  • Calendaring and schedule management;
  • Ordering medical records, mailing out notice letters

  • Skilled at dictation
  • Comfortable working with two attorneys and multiple paralegals
  • Insurance defense or medical malpractice experience preferred
  • Comfortable with case practice management software such as Trial Works
  • Team player attitude
