Legal Secretary

We are looking for an experienced legal/litigation secretary to provide support for one of our clients.  The responsibilities of this role include supporting the practicing attorneys, while completing legal and administrative tasks.


  • Ability to support all aspects of defense civil litigation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Consideration to detail
  • Capability to respond appropriately and effectively in a team atmosphere
  • Multi-task independently
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, iManage document file system, e-Copy, PDF conversion. e-Dockets
  • M-F 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Expectations:

  • Record and track deadlines
  • Setting up mail merge, proof and finalize correspondence, pleadings.
  • Prepare orders
  • Arrange notebooks for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials
  • Name, save and print documents
  • Perform various litigation assistant duties
  • Heavy document management organizational skills
