Are you an experienced Legal Word Processor interested in a contract job opportunity in San Diego, CA? This has the potential to become a full-time, permanent role for the right candidate. Are you a wiz when it comes to drafting/revising/redlining complex legal documents, transcription, dictation, converting documents, large scale printing projects, and creating TOCs and TOAs? You may also be responsible for administrative duties, including phone support and reception services. The ideal candidate works well independently, has a positive, can-do attitude, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must have 2+ years of relevant legal word processor experience
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communications with impeccable grammar and spelling
