You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, including pleadings and discovery responses; filing and e-filing in state and federal courts; calendaring case-related deadlines, and providing general administrative support to the attorneys.

  • 5+ years of litigation secretary or assistant experience; commercial litigation experience is a plus!
  • Strong state and federal e-filing experience.
  • Calendaring experience (manual or via software) required.
  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
