Litigation Legal Assistant

Local office of a top national law firm is in need of a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant. This role will be supporting on of the premiere construction litigation teams in the state! If you have over 4 years of experience as the go to for all adminstrative duties in a busy litigation department, this may be the role for you! 


  • Communicate with clients and judicial administrative staff 
  • Schedule and make appointments for multiple attorneys and other legal staff
  • Prepare legal documents and update transactional documents with ability to redline complex documents
  • Proofread and format documents as necessary
  • Process conflict search and new business intake requests
  • Transmit legal correspondence to clients, witnesses and court officials by electronic filing, mail, fax or messenger
  • Coordinate and plan attorney travel
  • and other duties as assigned 

  • Minimum of four years of experience in a law firm setting required
  • at least two years of experience in construction litigation preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite:  Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe PDF
  • Experience with court filing systems and requirements
  • Client service mindset and friendly demeanor
