Our client, a busy and growing law firm, is seeking a litigation legal secretary with 3+ plus years’ of experience to support the managing partner, in Southeast Denver, CO. Ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment, have strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and be a self-starter and a team player. Your salary will be based on your experience and include excellent benefits.
Litigation Legal Secretary Job responsibilities include:
•State and federal court filings in ICCESS
•Maintaining electronic docketing system
•Assisting with trial preparation, document productions and data base projects
•Scheduling of depositions
•Preparing of client correspondence
•Minimum 3+ years’ of law firm experience
•A four year degree preferred but not required
•Must have advanced knowledge of MSWord, Excel, and Outlook and type 70wpm.
