You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, including TOCs, TOAs, notices, pleadings, discovery shell documents, subpoenas, exhibit lists, etc.; filing and e-filing in federal and state courts; preparing hearing, meeting, and deposition binders as well as witness and exhibit lists; handling document production, including bates stamping; creating and searching databases of documents and information; prepping for trial; coordinating, scheduling, and other legal calendaring tasks; legal research; and other tasks as assigned. 3+ years of solid litigation paralegal experience, experience with class action law suits is a huge plus!
BA/BS required; ABA-certified paralegal certificate preferred
Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), WestLaw, and PACER. Knowledge of any of the following is a huge plus: ECF, Bill4Time, NetDocs, Relativity, DropBox, Adobe Acrobat, Hightail, DISCO, Case Anywhere, OneLegal,
