Litigation Paralegal

Your Duties:

  • Conduct p investigation, legal research and initial case assessments
  • Draft pleadings, motions and appellate documents 
  • File court documents
  • Manage client files, calendar important dates and timekeep
  • Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
  • Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices
  • Liaise between trial teams and third parties
  • Assist with wtiness prep and jury selection
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven working experience as a litigation paralegal
  • Knowledge of the entire e-discovery process
  • Highly organized, ability to meet deadlines, excellent communication skills
  • MS Office Suite
  • Paralegal Certificate is a plus, not a must
