Special Counsel is now hiring for a full-time litigation paralegal with at least 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. This position is open to candidates in the San Francisco or DC office as it is on-site. This is a great direct hire position at an AmLaw 200 firm.

 

This role will entail drafting pleadings, filing a variety of documents, and utilizing relativity and concordance. Hours are 9am-6pm with occasional overtime. The candidate will be working closely with attorneys in both the San Francisco and DC offices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform document management using Relativity and Concordance
  • Preparing and electronically filing briefs and other pleadings
  • Collecting and processing different documents for discovery and subsequently adhering to electronic discovery procedures
  • Doing both factual and legal research
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
  • Experience using Relativity and Concordance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both attorneys and clients
  •  

    Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently
  •  

    Experience: 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience

     

    Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

     

    Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000

     

    Hours: 9-6pm with some overtime
