This position requires sophisticated practice experience at an AmLaw firm, highly regarded regional, or boutique and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a big law alternative.
Qualified candidates must have:
- 6+ years of experience with employment law matters; a mix of counseling and litigation would be preferred but is not required.
- Practice should touch on: counseling businesses on difficult employee relations issues, conducting internal employment investigations, advising clients regarding complex labor and employment issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, and defending employers in civil and administration employment litigation matters.
- Top academic credentials are required as is a license to practice in at least one US jurisdiction
