Office Administrator

Are you a highly experienced HR, finances, and administrative manager interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity with an AmLaw firm in Orlando, FL? You will be responsible for managing recruiting and hiring for all staff positions, from writing and posting job posts, to reviewing responses, to conducting staff screening interviews, hiring and onboarding paperwork, drafting offer letters, to hiring; administering new hire orientation, quarterly and annual performance evaluations; preparing and managing all finances, including the annual office budget, financial reporting, ledger accounting, review of all office expenses, invoice processing, and client billing; managing human resources, including supervision of staff, motivation, counseling, discipline, termination, and exit interviews; working with building management to maintain office space and facilities or work on office relocations; managing reception, support services, and supplies maintenance; administering firm benefits to all staff, including 401K management and PTO requests; coordinating maintenance and updates on all computer systems; and other projects and tasks as assigned. MS Office 2010, CMS time, billing and accounting systems preferred

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of HR/administrative manager experience, preferably in a large law firm; financial management experience is a big plus!
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), CMS time, and billing/accounting software
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required
  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Great communication skills and a helpful, collaborative mentality
