Office Manager

Are you an experienced office manager interested in a contract job opportunity in Beverly Hills, CA? You will be responsible for calendaring; coordinating travel; some trial prep assistance; scheduling meetings; answering phones, maintaining office supplies, expense report support, monitoring deadlines and schedules; and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a pleasure to work with, with a no-task-too-small, pleasant demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recent office manager experience
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
