ORLD - Runner/Back Up Secretary


Are you an active independent professional in the Orlando, FL area looking to get into the legal field? Special Counsel is looking for you!

Job Duties:

  • Performing walking/driving runs to area locations, including the bank and other offices (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Reception duties, greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling, sending e-mails, accepting deliveries, other duties as assigned
  • Filing equipment with papers, sanitizing, stocking, and ordering supplies
  • Lifting and moving packages
  • Skills:

  • Working while standing
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Suite, Excel skill is a bonus
  • Technology proficiency preferred
  • Professional experience preferred

    This position is very active requiring lifting and carrying heavy boxes ranging from 20-70+ pounds with the assistance of a dolly when necessary.
