Paralegal - IP Patent

Law firm Paraleagl opening for an IP Patent Paralegal.  This role is 100% remote.  You MUST have both US and Foreign filing experience.

This role is working with attorneys in multiple U.S offices and has a national reach.  You will be responsible for the creation, revision, and filing of prosecution documents, effectively interacting with all tiers of personnel and clients.


  • Prepare and file patent applications and other responses
  • Review and maintain a docket for timely reporting of communications to the client and foreign associates
  • Timely handling of various prosecution formalities
  • Complete legalization of documents, as required; order priority documents and assignments from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; obtain foreign priority documents
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in international and U.S. prosecution
