  • Drafting, revising, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence;
  • Organization of files and case documentation in both physical and electronic files;
  • Managing all telephone and e-mail communications, including voicemails and managing the Outlook inbox;
  • Attorney time entry, scheduling meetings and inviting attendees
  • Qualifications:

  • 2 years of legal assistant, secretary, or paralegal experience handling a busy desk
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
