Part-time Legal Assistant

Special Counsel is seeking a permanent part-time estate planning and trust administrative assistant with at least three years of recent work experience for a well-regarded Phoenix-based estate planning firm. 


  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience.

  • Experience with estate planning or contract law preferred.

  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe. Mac experience a plus but not necessary.

  • Excellent organizational skills are critical. The right candidate must have the ability to efficiently organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them on time with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate with diverse attorneys, staff, and clients.

  • Must be enthusiastic, articulate, friendly, dependable, and a team player.
