Special Counsel is seeking a permanent part-time estate planning and trust administrative assistant with at least three years of recent work experience for a well-regarded Phoenix-based estate planning firm.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Minimum of 3 years of recent experience.
Experience with estate planning or contract law preferred.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe. Mac experience a plus but not necessary.
Excellent organizational skills are critical. The right candidate must have the ability to efficiently organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them on time with attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate with diverse attorneys, staff, and clients.
Must be enthusiastic, articulate, friendly, dependable, and a team player.
