Procurement Administrator

Special Counsel has partnered with an established company located in Atlanta that is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join their team! The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and can quickly jump in and handle a busy work load. 

 

Responsibilities include:

-Assist by collaborating and maintaining productive relationships with team members, vendors etc.

-Ensure continuous improvements of purchasing services

-Ensure consistent application of ordering procedures, creating reviewing and updating purchase orders

 

Qualifications:

-5yrs of procurement experience

-Bachelors in Business Administration or related field experience

 -Knowledge of Purchasing Software systems

-Experience in Contract Writing

-Tech savvy and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications

-Excellent negotiation skills

-Ability to read, analyze and interpret inventory control programs and financial data

-Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
