Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a change? An Orange County law firm is seeking a skilled Project Manager for their Litigation Support department. This project manager will be working closely with lawyers and paralegals regarding all stages of the EDRM.

  • Managing cases and vendors; track progress of cases and monitor workflow of different matters
  • Educating attorneys regarding best practices in the collection and processing of documents
  • Promoting the effective use of litigation support applications by providing support and technical assistance with designing, developing, and maintaining databases in Relativity and case related materials in, LAW, CaseNotebook, TrialDirector and X1 to name a few
  • Provide one-on-one and small group training for trial teams in the use of litigation support tools; serve as point person for resolution of supported litigation technology tool issues as well as software and hardware issues; additional tasks as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of recent law firm experience
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and data processing skills
  • Proficient in all stages of the EDRM model
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Highly skilled at problem-solving and working both independently and in a team environment, detailed-oriented, and deadline driven.
