Real Estate Legal Assistant
Special Counsel is looking to hire a Real Estate Legal Assistant to support a firmly established firm’s essential real estate department. The ideal candidate should exhibit a high attention to detail, be a team player, and demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Research, review, and analyze, policies/surveys and commercial loan documents
Draft, transcribe and type letters, documents and other correspondence
Maintain electronic case files
Schedule appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
Assist attorneys with management of large commercial real estate development transactions
Must have 3+ years experience in a Florida law firm, supporting a real estate transaction practice
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to work with an extremely high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good judgment and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Experience: At least 3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant handling transactional matters
Employment Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
