Real Estate Legal Assistant

Special Counsel is currently seeking a Real Estate Legal Assistant to join an outstanding established and fast growing boutique Real Estate firm in AUSTIN, TX!

Job Details/Requirements:

  • Review and analyze real estate records, surveys, title insurance binders and policies for completeness and clear title; draft and file documents to correct title deficiencies
  • Draft contracts, amendments, and related real estate and loan transaction documents
  • Prepare commercial and residential real estate closing documents 
  • Coordinate closing with real estate agents, borrowers, sellers, mortgage lenders, title companies and banks
  • Prepare closing binders of transactions
  • Maintain positive contact with clients
  • Bachelor's degree, OR 2+ years of related real estate industry experience required. 
  • Salary/compensation commensurate with experience
  • This position will start 100% onsite and Firm has a policy in place for flexibility/remote work eligibility.
